Broadcasting Programs

A broadcasting degree can prepare a student for a wide variety of careers in the broadcast industry by employing hands-on learning tactics for experience, and theory and business lectures for skill building. A degree in broadcasting will develop the student’s skills in news presentation, interviewing techniques, videography, production, and news writing. All of this will prepare the student for a career in any of the following positions: television broadcasting director, newscaster, sportscaster, announcer, technical director, and many more.
