Computer Aided Design/Drafting Programs

Computer aided design/drafting degrees enable the student to master the computer software needed to prepare the technical drawings necessary in construction and engineering fields. Mathematics, communications, management, and physics are included in the coursework for the computer aided design/drafting degree. Upon completion of the computer aided drafting/design degree, a student has the opportunity to work as a drafter. The different types of drafter positions include aeronautical, civil, electrical, architectural, and mechanical.
